This is a well made product. It’s been working great for 2 months, with no leaks or problems at all. We needed an easy to use wall mounted control, and this is just right. It responds quickly when you change the pressure or temperature of the water. It isn’t backlit, but we don’t turn it on in the middle of the night anyway. The seats heater can be turned off completely when you don’t want it. The nozzle moves forward or back, depending on your selection, and has oscillation available. Ladies, you just need to learn a little bit forward. The dryer works well. With one square of tissue used, drying is good enough in half a minute. I reached out to Customer Service twice, and they were excellent. This product will leave you feeling clean all day. I highly recommend this bidet.
